Try to recruit the Ranger first, in order to get your starting grav gun into someone’s hands ASAP. If you have Cripple Shot, a rapid bowgun can also work well. Strategy: Get Cripple Shot on the Hunter. Teammates: Hunter (Autoshotty/Rapid bowgun), Ranger (Grav Gun), Guardian (Autoshotty) For the record, I believe grails are guaranteed loot every 8? days.Īs far as a guide for the impossible badge, it’s pretty iffy due to RNG, but I’ll post what worked for me: And by the end of the second round, it should be trivial to do it without the grail at all. By day 30 or so, it should be pretty easy to kill all of the dragons that way. ![]() Just wait till you have a couple grails, a good set of grenades, and a decent party. Thinking it over, it seems that the normal bowgun is way better for dealing damage (until level 100, i didnt test it any further yet), while the rapid bowgun is obviously better for crowd control. I have almost twice as much experience than the last round i played, just because most shots of the normal bowgun are onehits (wich means more experience for myself). I´d always switch between thosw two weapons.ītw.: They help taking down all those weaker enemys too. Since they have got 90% dmg vs air, it´s pretty much the same with flying dragons. With skilled Anti Armor they need only very few shots to take down a tank. Having an normal bowgun in Slot 2 helps a lot, because it has 50% dmg vs. The tanks were the only enemys (besides Bossdays) that used be dangerous at all, because they take some time to go down, which is very bad for your crowd control. I found the rapid bowgun to be kinda trashy against armored enemys – even though skilling Anti Armor. Try using a rapid bowgun in the first slot and a normal bowgun in the 2nd. ![]() ![]() Specialist skills to look for include Power Shot (ideal for weapons without autofire like the Revolvers, the Grenade/Rocket Launcher, the non-rapid Bowgun, the Hunting Rifle, and the regular Shotgun), Bowmaster (for bowgunners), Burst (for autofire weapons), Da Bomb (for the Grenade Launcher, Rocket Launcher, Gravity Gun, and Militia class characters), and Doc Holliday (for Shottymen). Great skills to aim for include Sense (more crits = GOOD), Killer (Stacks nicely with Sense), Fury (Stacks with Sense), Anti- Air/Armor (More damage versus either is always good), Negotiator/Taunt (for more reward money), Active (More AP is key to doing more things during postbattle Town time), Defender (to help minimise tower damage), Reloading (faster reloading is always good), and a few others. Keep a fast-firing weapon in case of fast enemies. Use the weakspots of enemies to kill them faster, don’t be afraid to grenade spam to clear out clouds of mobs. Get a hireling or two early, work towards a third hireling before Day 40 or so. Early game, focus on maximising experience and cash gains.
